Terms at a glance
- First order
- Minimum order value €300 net. From the second order onwards there is no minimum order value.
- Order quantities
- We ship in full cartons. We are happy to advise you on your selection.
- Delivery time
- Many products are in stock, others we produce for your order. Depending on the order quantity, we usually deliver within 1–2 weeks. We will confirm the exact delivery date with the order confirmation.
- Payment
- The first order is usually paid in advance. For follow-up orders, payment on invoice is also possible.
- Sales support
- Scent/display samples – so your customers can experience the scent and look of our blends right in the shop
- Wooden display stands (for 3 and for 6) – to present our jars
- Acrylic display stand – with a small info sheet about our products
- Flyers – for sales promotion and for your customers to take away

Frequently asked questions from retailers
Can I try the teas first?
Yes. Sample bags are available for our tea blends. Just get in touch – we'll be happy to put together a suitable selection for you.
Why is there a minimum order value?
The minimum order value of €300 net only applies to the first order. This way you start with a selection that makes an impact on the shelf. After that you order without a minimum order value – ideally in full cartons.
How long does delivery take?
Depending on the order quantity, usually 1–2 weeks, as we produce some of the products for your order. You will receive the exact date with the order confirmation.
Can I pay on invoice?
The first order is usually paid in advance. For follow-up orders, payment on invoice is also possible.
Do I get materials for presenting the products in my shop?
Yes. With scent/display samples, your customers can experience the scent and look of our blends right in the shop. Wooden display stands present our jars on the shelf, acrylic stands with a small info sheet explain the products, and our flyers support your sales. You can also find scent/display samples and display stands in our online shop.
Is there territorial exclusivity?
As a rule, we do not grant territorial exclusivity. For very large order quantities, we are happy to discuss this individually.
Do you also deliver abroad?
Yes, we deliver within the EU and to selected European countries. We will let you know the shipping costs with the quote or order confirmation.
